Shipping:

Our products are sourced from all over South America and delivered to our location in Sao Paulo, Brazil. From here we ship worldwide with two options to chose from:

• FedEx Economy (4-6 days)
• FedEx Express (3-5 days)

Both options are fully tracked and ensured.

 

Import duties:

Depending on the country you are, it is possible that you have to pay import duties to your countries customs (specially for large orders). Please refer to your local authorities to learn how those fees are calculated and take that into account when making an order.
The Tropical Link ships orders "Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU)"
The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of those fees may be required to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

Our sources:

We only source our products from FDA compliant packagers that adhere to FSMA rules, which ensures full product traceability in all steps of the production and distribution chain.
The vast majority of our products are completely free of pesticides, except for rare occasions of a product specially susceptible to infections. We include a lab analysis report on all orders which attests the product is free of pesticides and harmful ingredients.
