Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within 24 hours, but if we are experiencing high volume we can take up to 48 hours to ship your order. We do not ship on weekends.

Delivery times and cost can vary depending on your location. Times shown above are an estimate to USA and Europe. There can be extra fees applied depending on your country or if you are in a remote location.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After your payment is confirmed we will process your order in 24-48 hours. As soon as we mark your order as shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Depending on the country you are, it is possible that you have to pay import duties to your countries customs (specially for large orders). Please refer to your local authorities to learn how those fees are calculated and take that into account when making an order.

The Tropical Link ships orders "Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU)"

The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of those fees may be required to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

Damaged items

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods and email us photos of everything along with your order number to info@thetropicallink.com. The Tropical Link is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but we will reship your item as long as you file a complaint with the carrier company for the damaged items.

 

Returns policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return please e-mail us at info@thetropicallink.com
We will try to find a partner near to you so you can return the item to them, but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

Refund policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
